How to wake up early in the morning
You may see the most of videos, to wake up early morning, they will say things which were in this blog. But, in this blog, I am going to introduce the new method to wake up early morning. It was the new thing when compared to other videos and blogs. Actually, I found a new app for waking up early. We may use it instead of the alarm app. I am not the founder of it, I found it in the play store. Before I am going to reveal the application, I wish to share some tips to wake up early morning to increase the length of this blog. Ok, I understand. If I wrote it as long, you will definitely skip this blog. So, I will try to explain the concepts and tricks shortly.
The Alarmy app
Alarmy was the modern alarm app. I swear it will play a major role in our productive life. I have been using this app for a long time and I am waking up early by using this app only. I was the laziest person. In past, I can’t get up early morning. I fixed the alarm to wake up early morning but I snoozed the alarm when it rang. But, I was snoozing it for only 10 minutes. After snoozing it, I woke up 2 or 3 hours after. It was like time travel, isn’t it? I think we may also like this. But, I have a solution.
I have talked about the app called “Alarmy”. In that app, there is a task to dismiss the alarm. After completing the task only, the alarm will be quit. Interesting right? We will not reduce the alarm’s volume. There is a tasks like solving math and guessing the right patterns and capturing the various places which were a little bit away from the bed. It will help to move to an active state from a sleep state. In starting stage, I was using the problem-solving option to quit the alarm but it was not effective to me. Because, after solving it. I went to sleep again.
In that time, I set up the 3 problem-solving missions. If you are going to use a problem-solving mission, my suggestion is to set up the 6 or 7 problem-solving missions or set 3 hard-level problem-solving missions. I will definitely be effective. If it felt irritating, just you will move on to another mission. Currently, I am using pattern memorizing missions to cut off the alarm. It is quite fun and interesting. I set up 3 missions to turn off the alarm.
There is a snooze option also. We will hit the snooze button, again the alarm will ring when we will complete the task, then the only alarm will go off. If we conquer the first 10 minutes, the morning will be ours. There is a better quote is “if we snooze, we will lose”. So, do not hit the snooze button try to wake up without hitting it.
If you want to wake up early, you need to go to bed early
Of course, I completely accept it. And, it was the main thing to wake up early. A few years before, there was no internet, electrical gadgets like smartphones, T.V., video games, etc… But, nowadays these things are playing a major role in our life. We can’t live without using those gadgets.
But, the truth is those things are affecting our sleeping routine regularly. Generally, after the sunset, melatonin which was one of the main hormones for our sleep will start producing step by step. It will automatically help us to fall asleep early. If we use gadgets for a long time at night, we do not go to bed early. We can easily fall asleep at 10 P.M. when compared to 1 A.M. So, set a reminder to prepare for sleep before 1 hour. And avoid electrical gadgets before going to bed.
And another best advice is that eat less amount of food in the nighttime. It will also be helpful for our quality sleep. It is true. Actually, I experienced it. When I ate heavily at functions or parties, the next morning was hard to wake up in the early morning. And our sleeping position also will play a major role. We do not place our heads in the north direction. It will affect our sleeping quality. If we turn left or right while sleeping, we need to maintain the left turning position because it will help our digestion.
We need to prepare our mind
If we want to wake up early, we can ask the pillow 5 or 10 times that “I will wake up at this time (Wanted time) tomorrow”. It will automatically wakes up us at that perfect time. I said we need to ask for the pillow. You may ask that pillow is an object how it will helpful for our wake up. Actually, we told our subconscious mind to wake up me at this time. It will wake up us at the mentioned time. Did you experience it? I experienced a lot. After asking the subconscious mind, it will rise up to me at the perfect time. It will use the various forms like I may get urine urgency or an adventures dreams etc… One day I got an adventurous dream like falling from a bike into a hole. It was a dream but I felt like it was real. After falling off the bike, I woke up. Like this, many forms of waking methods will subconscious mind use. So make use of the power of the subconscious mind to get up early.
And also we need to give good reason to wake up early morning. Like, if I woke up early morning, I will go to the gym. If I go to the gym, I can maintain my body or any kind of reason you should have to wake up early. I like to sleep but I didn’t give it as my reason. So, I had a reason that if I woke up in the early morning, I will dance. I like dancing so I give it as a reason. You also set a reason that whatever you want.
